WHO THIS APP IS FOR

Titan Checker is an internal application for Titan employees only. It is not intended for public use.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and assigned service area (zip codes). This information is stored securely in Google Firebase and is only accessible to authorized Titan personnel.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Your information is used exclusively to operate Titan Checker — to authenticate your account, display inventory data relevant to your assigned service locations, and deliver push notifications about device availability during your configured working hours.

WHO CAN SEE YOUR DATA

Your account information is visible to Titan administrators and, where relevant, to your assigned manager. It is never shared with third parties outside of the services listed below.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Titan Checker uses the following services:

• Google Firebase Authentication and Firestore — for account management and secure data storage.
  Firebase Privacy Policy
• Google Sheets API — to retrieve inventory data from Titan's internal spreadsheet system.
• Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) — to deliver device availability alerts.

DATA RETENTION

Your data is retained for as long as your Titan account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the app by tapping ⋯ > Delete Account.
